НУ «ОМА» взяв участь у зустрічі консорціуму проєкту Erasmus+ SMarTAI у КлайпедіNU “OMA” Takes Part in the Erasmus+ SMarTAI Consortium Meeting in Klaipėda
20–22 жовтня 2026 року в Клайпедському університеті (Литва) відбулася зустріч консорціуму проєкту SMarTAI «Штучний інтелект для сталого морського транспорту» (№ 101236111, ERASMUS-EDU-2025-CBHE). Національний університет «Одеська морська академія» представляли члени проєктної команди:
в.о. ректора, проректор з науково-педагогічної роботи, керівник проєкту від НУ «ОМА» проф. Вадим Захарченко;
директор Центру післядипломної освіти фахівців транспортної інфраструктури проф. Сергій Горб;
доцент кафедри теорії автоматичного управління та інформаційних технологій Максим Левінський.
Проєкт координує Університет Егейського моря (Греція). До консорціуму також входять Клайпедський університет (Литва), Херсонська державна морська академія, Херсонський морський спеціалізований тренажерний центр (KMSTC) та організація CRETHIDEV (Греція).
Під час відповідної сесії представники академії презентували результати аналізу освітніх програм п’ятого та сьомого рівня НРК та розроблені силабуси навчальних дисциплін.
До програми зустрічі увійшли тренінги для науково-педагогічних працівників. На них розглядали досвід практичного застосування інструментів штучного інтелекту в морській освіті та підготовці. Окрема тема — кібербезпека в умовах використання ШІ, зокрема питання психічного здоров’я та когнітивної стійкості. Також ішлося про кібербезпеку «розумних» портів і морської галузі, сталі морські технології та екологічний моніторинг. Учасники ознайомилися з дослідницькою та інноваційною інфраструктурою Клайпедського університету. Завершилася зустріч засіданням керівного комітету проєкту, де визначили подальші кроки.
Участь у проєкті SMarTAI дасть змогу академії оновити освітні програми з урахуванням сучасних цифрових технологій і штучного інтелекту, а також посилити міжнародну співпрацю з провідними морськими закладами освіти Європи.
Проєкт співфінансується Європейським Союзом.
On 20–22 October 2026, Klaipėda University (Lithuania) hosted a consortium meeting of the SMarTAI project “Sustainable Maritime Transport Artificial Intelligence” (No. 101236111, ERASMUS-EDU-2025-CBHE). The National University “Odessa Maritime Academy” was represented by members of its project team:
Prof. Vadym Zakharchenko, Acting Rector, Vice-Rector for Scientific and Pedagogical Affairs, NU “OMA” project manager;
Prof. Sergii Gorb, Director of the Postgraduate Centre for Transport Infrastructure Specialists;
Maksym Levinskyi, Associate Professor at the Department of Theory of Automatic Control and Information Technologies.
The project is coordinated by the University of the Aegean (Greece). The consortium also includes Klaipėda University (Lithuania), Kherson State Maritime Academy, the Kherson Maritime Specialised Training Centre (KMSTC) and CRETHIDEV (Greece).
During the meeting, the Academy’s representatives presented the results of their analysis of educational programmes at levels 5 and 7 of the National Qualifications Framework, together with the course syllabi they have developed.
The meeting programme included training sessions for academic staff. These covered experience in the practical application of artificial intelligence tools in maritime education and training. A separate topic was cybersecurity in the context of AI use, including aspects of mental health and cognitive resilience. The sessions also addressed the cybersecurity of smart ports and the maritime sector, as well as sustainable maritime technologies and environmental monitoring. Participants visited the research and innovation facilities of Klaipėda University. The meeting concluded with a session of the project Steering Committee, which set out the next steps.
Participation in SMarTAI will enable the Academy to update its educational programmes in line with modern digital technologies and artificial intelligence, and to strengthen international cooperation with leading maritime higher education institutions in Europe.
Нові робочі програми з цифрових технологій та штучного інтелектуNew Course Programmes in Digital Technologies and Artificial Intelligence
Команда Національного університету «Одеська морська академія» в проєкті Erasmus+ SMarTAI (Sustainable Maritime Transport Artificial Intelligence, № 101236111 — ERASMUS-EDU-2025-CBHE) у складі:
в.о. ректора, проф. Вадим Захарченко — керівник проєкту в НУ «ОМА»;
проф. Сергій Горб — старший дослідник;
доц. Максим Левінський — молодший дослідник,
завершила важливий етап робочого пакета «Модернізація існуючих навчальних програм». У межах цього етапу підготовлено результат проєкту «Courses Syllabus».
Розробці нових дисциплін передував аналіз відповідних освітньо-професійних програм (ОПП) фахової передвищої освіти (5 рівень НРК) та магістерського рівня (7 рівень НРК). Програми оцінювали за кількома критеріями:
відповідність дескрипторам Національної рамки кваліфікацій і стандартам освіти;
відповідність вимогам міжнародних конвенцій та сучасним потребам морської галузі;
рівень сформованості цифрових компетентностей і навичок роботи зі штучним інтелектом (ШІ).
Аналіз засвідчив міцну професійну підготовку здобувачів. Водночас він виявив потребу системно інтегрувати практичні ШІ-інструменти в освітній процес.
За результатами аналізу команда розробила робочі програми навчальних дисциплін українською мовою та силабуси англійською мовою за єдиним шаблоном проєкту SMarTAI.
Для фахового молодшого бакалавра (5 рівень НРК)

«Цифрові технології та штучний інтелект у технічному менеджменті суден»для ОПП «Управління судновими технічними системами і комплексами» (спеціалізація J5.02).
«Управління безпекою та якістю в судноплавстві»для ОПП «Навігація і управління морськими суднами» (спеціалізація J5.01).
Обсяг кожної дисципліни становить 4 кредити ЄКТС.
Спільна риса всіх курсів — практична спрямованість. Здобувачі навчаються застосовувати великі мовні моделі та цифрові платформи для розв'язання професійних завдань.
Окрему увагу приділено критичній перевірці результатів, отриманих за допомогою ШІ, кібербезпеці та академічній доброчесності. Відповідальність за ухвалене рішення завжди залишається за фахівцем.

has completed an important stage of the work package “Modernization of Existing Curricula”, delivering the project result “Courses Syllabus”.
The development of the new courses was preceded by an analysis of the relevant educational-professional programmes (EPPs) of professional pre-higher education (NQF Level 5) and of the Master’s level (NQF Level 7). The programmes were assessed against several criteria:
compliance with the descriptors of the National Qualifications Framework and with educational standards;
compliance with the requirements of international conventions and the current needs of the maritime industry;
the level of students’ digital competences and skills in working with artificial intelligence (AI).
The analysis confirmed the solid professional training of students. At the same time, it revealed the need for the systematic integration of practical AI tools into the educational process.
Based on the results of the analysis, the team developed course working programmes in Ukrainian and syllabi in English, following the unified SMarTAI project template.
For the Professional Junior Bachelor (NQF Level 5)
“Artificial Intelligence and Digital Tools in Maritime Industry Management”for the EPP “Management of Maritime Industry Organisations” (specialty D3 “Management”) at the Danube Vocational College of NU “OMA” (Izmail).
“Artificial Intelligence in Transportation Technologies”for the EPP “Transport Technologies (in Maritime and River Transport)” (specialisation J5.05) at the O.I. Marinesko Maritime Vocational College of NU “OMA”.
For the Master’s degree (NQF Level 7)
“Digital Technologies and Artificial Intelligence in Ship Technical Management”for the EPP “Management of Ship Technical Systems and Complexes” (specialisation J5.02).
“Safety and Quality Management in Shipping”for the EPP “Navigation and Management of Sea-going Ships” (specialisation J5.01).
Each course has a workload of 4 ECTS credits.
All the courses share a strong practical focus: students learn to apply large language models and digital platforms to solve professional tasks.
Particular attention is paid to the critical verification of AI-generated results, cybersecurity and academic integrity. Responsibility for the final decision always remains with the professional.
