Lecture and presentation on “Mediation in Ukraine: legislative activities, training practice” were held in the framework of ХІ International scientific conference “Maritime Law and Management: Evolution and Challenges” at the Maritime Law and Management Faculty of National University “Odessa Maritime Academy” on April 7, 2017.

N.M. Krestovskaya, Doctor of Juridical Sciences, Professor of Department of General Theoretical Law of National University “Odessa  Academy of Law” and L.D. Romanadze, Candidate of Juridical Sciences, Associate Professor, Head of Law Department of Odessa National Economic University made the presentations as well.
