On March 31, 2023, on the basis of the National University “Odesa Maritime Academy”, an extended meeting of working groups was held on methodological, organizational and analytical support of the unified state qualification exam (hereinafter referred to as the Unified State Qualification Examination) in the specialty “Maritime and Inland Water Transport” at the first (Bachelor’s) level higher education and professional pre-higher educational levels.

     The meeting was chaired by the Vice-Rector for Scientific and Pedagogical Work, Dr. Prof. Vadym Zakharchenko. The meeting was attended by representatives of the National University “Odesa Maritime Academy”, Kherson State Maritime Academy, Odesa National Maritime University, State University of Infrastructure and Technologies, Danube Institute of the National University “Odesa Maritime Academy”, as well as professional colleges that are part of the National University “Odesa Maritime Academy” and Kherson State Maritime Academy.

     At the meeting, issues of development of the program of unified state qualification exam in the specialty “Maritime and Inland Water Transport” at the first (Bachelor’s) level of higher education and professional pre-higher education level were discussed.

     According to the results of the meeting, a plan of joint actions and a procedure for the interaction of specialists of maritime educational institutions for the development of programs of the unified state qualification exam were agreed.
