Colonel David Warner, Defence Attaché of the British Embassy in Ukraine arrived to visit Naval Institute of National University “Odessa Maritime Academy” on July 25, 2017. The meeting took place with the following representatives in the name of М.V. Miyusov, Rector of NU «ОМА», Professor and P.D. Goncharenko, Head of Naval Institute, Captain 1st rank and others.

The purpose of the meeting was to get acquainted with the educational process of Naval Institute of National University “Odessa Maritime Academy”.

A round table was held in order to familiarize with the organizational process of the military specialists’ training as well as to discuss promising areas of work within the framework of NATO’s Defence Education Enhancement Programme (DEEP). Besides, the excursion around the University was held.
