On May 9–10, 2025, cadets of the National University “Odessa Maritime Academy” participated in the International Student Scientific Workshop https://cmu-edu.eu/blog/events/issw2025/ which was held at the Constanza Maritime University https://cmu-edu.eu/.
In addition to delivering presentations in their respective sections as part of the Workshop Schedule https://cmu-edu.eu/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/Schedule-2025.pdf,, the cadets took part in various events organized by the Student Association of Constanza Maritime University. They toured the university’s facilities, got acquainted with modern simulators, and visited the student campus.
Based on the workshop results, the following cadets of the 1st (Bachelor) level of Higher Education were awarded:
- Diplomas for 1st Prize:in the section “Mechanical Engineering” – Anton Samusenko; in the section “Engineering and Environmental Protection in Industry” – Matvii Maltsev, a cadets of the Institute of Engineering;
- Certificates of Appreciation: in the section “Economic and Legal Aspects in Transport”– Daria Marchenko, a cadet of the Institute of Maritime Law and Management; in the section “Engineering and Environmental Protection in Industry” – Kostiantyn Rudyk, a cadet of the Institute of Engineering.
Certificates of Participation were awarded to both Master’s and Bachelor’s level cadets from the following Institutes for their presentations in various sections:
- Navigation– Mykyta Vorokhobin and Oleksii Budashko;
- Engineering– Artem Bezdytko, Taras Skrypka, and Danylo Shcherbatskyi;
- Automation and Electromechanics– Oleh Vdovytsia;
- Maritime Law and Management– Yelyzaveta Komendantova, Yuliia Kostylieva, Iryna Kostylieva, and Anna Korotkova.
The workshop organizers noted the overall high level of presentations delivered by the cadets of the National University “Odessa Maritime Academy”.
