On September 28, 2019 Sports Holiday was held at the Water Station of National University “Odessa Maritime Academy” dedicated to the Day of Higher Education Workers of Ukraine. At the beginning of the holiday, the results of sports and mass work for the 2018-2019 academic year were concluded and awards were presented to the winners.

The first place went to Navigation Faculty, the second to Marine Engineering Faculty, and the third to Automation Faculty. During the festive event on the seashore, competitions were held among the first-year cadets in chess and tug of war. The winners became cadets of the 21st company 11, 11b.
