From May 29 till June 1, the Center for Postgraduate Education of Transport Infrastructure is training captains, services workers of port as well as State Service of Ukraine for Transport Safety in the field of “Investigation of Accidents and Incidents at Sea”. This training is provided by IMO Resolutions A.1075 (28) and MSC.255 (84) taking into account the IMO Model Course 3.11 “Marine Event. Incident. Investigation. Instructions ».

Officers from Belgorod-Dnestrovsky, Izmail, Illichevsk, Mariupol, Nikolaev, Odessa, Reni, Skadovsky, Ust-Danube, Kherson, Yuzhny branches of the Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority (USPA) and State Service of Ukraine for Transport Safety take part in training.
