On December 14, 2018, Vyacheslav Tulyakov, Doctor of Laws, Professor, correspondent member of the National Academy of Legal Sciences of Ukraine, Honored Worker of Science and Technology of Ukraine, a judge ad hoc of the European Court of Human Rights held a lecture on «Principle of legality in the dynamics of the European Court of Human Rights» at the invitation of the Dean of Maritime Law and Management Faculty of National University “Odessa Maritime Academy”.

The invitation of prominent scholars and practitioners for direct communication and creative inspiration to find new ways of personal development of cadets and faculty tutors has become a good tradition of our faculty.
