The experts of alliance arrived to visit Naval Institute of NU «OMA » within the framework of NATO’s Defence Education Enhancement Programme (DEEP) on December 14, 2017.

The foreign delegation included the following representatives: Mariusz Solis, Director of NATO’s Defence Education Enhancement Programme, Boyan Mednikarov, Captain of the 1st Rank, the Rector of Nikola Vaptsarov Naval Academy of Bulgaria, Mariusz Mieczkowski, Captain of the 1st Rank, Deputy Head of the Polish Naval Academy, Rolandas Kiškis, Lieutenant Colonel, adviser for the sergeant staff development of NATO’s Communications Office in Ukraine.

During the visit, the results achieved in 2017 were analyzed as well as the perspective directions of the Institute’s collaboration were discussed within the framework of the programme for 2018.
